Welcome

Welcome to the new school year. We are 90 students strong!

The purpose of this blog is to post reading, science and homeroom assignments through out the 2010-2011 school year. We have hyperlinked math and writing assignments with this page. Hopefully this simplifies the proverbial question from parents to their child: Do you have homework tonight?

As stated during our Back to School gathering, we will highlight planners if homework is not completed or turned in on time. So a quick way to assess your student's completion of homework is  -  flip through their planners. If there is highlighted blocks, you might want to ask your child how you might help them reach the goal of turning in homework.

I spoke with several parents who were willing to volunteer in our classroom! How beneficial to all our students! Thank you so much, in advance. If you would email me day/s and time/s of the week, I will coordinate and communicate with all of you a starting date.
